Who doesn’t love feeling turned on??!! Whether it’s physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, we all love being turned on!! You’re a liar if you say you don’t love feeling turned on … and if you seriously don’t love the thrill and energy of being turned on, then honey get yourself some help!

Turned On Physically

Physically … I don’t really need to explain this one in too much detail because most of your minds would’ve gone straight for the genitals! I’ll admit, the idea of being “turned on” triggers thoughts directly to the physical. Our skin receptors love being touched. A tight embrace releases tension. A kiss can trigger movement in other places. From the right person, these things can set the body metaphorically on fire and the burning desire for it to be extinguished! … But you must admit, that it all starts in the mind … which is a great lead up to the next point, which should’ve been the first point.

Turned On Mentally

Mentally … yes have a giggle while you think of someone in a straight jacket … Shall we change “Mentally” to “mindfully”? Don’t you love when a conversation is so interesting that you feel your energy shift. You feel uplifted. Your mind craves for more information. Your mind expands. It’s even better when you feel like you’ve met a kindred spirit and you feel the connection. Laughter flows easily. You feel happy. It’s an energy high. It’s a turn on!

Turned on Emotionally

Emotionally … Don’t you love the high of Love! I’m not just talking about “Lover Love”, I mean the energy of the emotion of Love. There are so many things to love. We love our children, our partners, our friends and our pets. Some of us love our work and because we do what we love, it doesn’t feel like work. We love our hobbies, we love the beach and nature, we love a great movie and book, we love to travel … well I do! The energy of love turns on the universal life force energy within. When this energy beams from within, you are attractive from the inside out! Not only are you turned on but you attract others.

Turned On Spiritually

Spiritually … On a deeper level. When the connection feels out of this world or from another time. When you feel one with another or nature or the universe. When you feel all time and space is irrelevant, yet significant. When you feel that your soul knows another soul. I have met people I’ve known before. When you feel nature is speaking to you. I know surfers feel this way while out in the water. If you love what you do so much that it doesn’t feel like work, then you probably feel that you’re living ‘On Purpose’. Your soul feels content. Living in the moment feels blissful. Bliss is a turn on!

There are so many great ways to feel turned on in all areas simultaneously. If you’re like me, you want it all and why shouldn’t you have it all? You can! I love being turned on! I pledge from this day forward to be conscious of living a turned on life! I am going to request that you do the same.
